If your death is accidental, you would receive another $8,250, for a total of $16,500. 2 2nd Policy a. Local 563 holds a separate policy for you as an active, non-retired member in good standing. A $10,000 policy uponyour death and if accidental it will pay out an additional $10,000 for a total of $20,000. If you pass from a job-site accident or on your way to or from work, it will pay out an additional $10,000 for a total of $30,000. b. If you are a retired member in good standing your death benefit is $2,000. IMPORTANT!
